Building with Tradical® Hemcrete® can be very economic. The exact costs will depend on size, design and location of the building as well as a significant number of other factors that affect construction costs. As a guide, the Renewable House which is a Code Level 4, three bedroomed, 94 m2 home designed to comply with Social Housing requirements of Design for Life and with disability access, was costed at £75,000 per house for plots of at least 10 units, excluding land, foundations, site services and professional fees.  The Renewable House
