The Hemp Lime house was a key attraction at the recent Royal Show held in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
With over 50,000 visitors to the opening day of the Royal Show it was plain to see that interest in the
environmentally friendly construction option of HemcreteTM was very popular.
During the four day show, the house was also visited by David Cameron MP, Leader of the Conservative Party,
who was impressed by the opportunity to lock up carbon into the fabric of buildings, as well as providing
an important alternative economic crop for the farming industry.
Ministry officials from the Government departments also made a point of visiting the Hemp lime house and
were very impressed by the insulation properties and carbon sequestration aspects of the Tradical®
HemcreteTM products.
